What data we process

When you open this website, your browser transmits technical information that our hosting provider records in server logs. This includes a shortened IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, your browser type and operating system. We use this solely to operate the site securely and to investigate faults. We do not combine it with other sources and we build no user profiles from it.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies for analytics or advertising. We use neither Google Analytics nor any comparable service, and we embed no advertising networks. The only thing stored is your language preference, so the site opens in your chosen language next time. That entry is technically necessary and contains no personal data.

Fonts and embedded content

The typeface used is served from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external font service. The site embeds no third-party videos, maps or social media widgets.

Booking a call

To book a first call we link to a calendar operated by HubSpot. You only leave our website once you click that link, at which point HubSpot's privacy policy applies. We process the details you enter there, such as name, email address and company, in order to hold the meeting and answer your enquiry.

Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we process your details in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a contractual relationship. We retain such correspondence for as long as the purpose requires or statutory retention periods demand.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who support us in operating the website and serving clients (hosting, scheduling, email), and only to the extent required. These providers are contractually bound to confidentiality. Disclosure abroad may result from providers operating servers in the EU or the United States; we base such transfers on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Within the scope of applicable law you have the right to information about the personal data we process, and to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. You may also object to processing and request your data in a common format. Please contact us at the address above. You further have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Data security

This website is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.

Changes

We may amend this privacy policy at any time, for example when our services or the legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies.
